| Valverde Orbitur Campsite is located a little more than 2 km from Praia da Luz, 6 km from the beautiful town of Lagos, a privileged tourist area and a preferred choice for many tourists visiting the Algarve. The historical centre, the municipal market and the marina are worth visiting. The city stands on the right bank of the mouth of the Ribeira de Bensafrim, allowing a boat trip along the coast to discover the fascinating grottoes and niches carved by the sea. Other options may include snorkeling to explore the wonders of the deep sea. Savour the local cuisine and enjoy a diversity of fish and seafood caught daily in the Algarve coast. Traditional desserts are based on almonds, figs or carob beans. |
